Our new customer in Kingston called us wanting a building for a garage with an RV bay and shop and include space for a future apartment to live in on his Kitsap County property.
He wanted a 36’ x 50’ x 20’ building to include a 36’ x 36’ loft with an external staircase. We put in five 4’ x 3’ white vinyl sliding windows with screens and one 2’x3’ window with screen in the customer specified locations, two 10’ x 8’ roll up doors and one 12’ x 14’ roll up door for RV parking. The shop pole building also has 18” overhangs, gutters with downspouts and a 10’ ridge vent as well as a cement floor. There is one 3’ x 6’8” man-door at the top of the stairs for access to the loft and a 3’ x 6’8” man-door for access into the lower level of the building.
This customer in Kingston now has a new shop storage pole building ready to set up his shop and store his motor-home.
