Our customer in Arlington wanted a new pole building for their property, we constructed this 28’ x 48’ x 12’ pole building garage. With ample space to accommodate multiple vehicles and additional storage, our customers can now enjoy the convenience of a well-organized and secure parking solution. This Denali Green Garage not only enhances the property value but also reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

To enhance natural light and ventilation within the garage, the customer wanted two windows. One 3’x3’ slider and one 4’x3’ slider. These windows not only brighten up the space but also provide a refreshing atmosphere. Our customers can enjoy ample natural light while working on projects or simply appreciate the view of the surroundings. These thoughtfully designed windows truly bring the garage to life.

Understanding the importance of insulation, we have taken extra measures to ensure optimal thermal efficiency for the Denali Green Garage. Both the roof and walls are equipped with high-quality insulation materials. This insulation helps regulate the temperature inside, minimizing heat loss in colder months and preventing excessive heat gain during warmer seasons. By prioritizing energy efficiency, we have created a space that is comfortable year-round and contributes to lower energy consumption.

This customer also opted for overhangs around the perimeter of the building, which not only provided the necessary shelter but also gave the building a finished look. Overhangs can be an excellent addition to a pole building, providing both shelter from the elements and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
