In the picturesque town of Nordland, a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction stands tall. At PermaBilt, we recently completed the construction of a stunning 28’x36’x11′ True Gambrel pole building, featuring a spacious 28’x36′ loft. This project embodies our dedication to bringing our clients’ visions to life with precision and attention to detail.

The True Gambrel design, renowned for its distinctively elegant and timeless appeal, was the ideal choice for this project. Its characteristic symmetrical rooflines, with two slopes on each side, not only enhance the overall architectural charm but also maximize the available space in the building, allowing for an impressive loft area.

The dimensions of the post frame building, spanning 28 feet in width, 36 feet in length, and boasting an 11-foot height, ensured that our clients had ample room to pursue their passions and utilize the space to its fullest potential. The inclusion of a loft further expanded the usable area, providing additional flexibility for various activities. The building also features a 12’x8′ roll up garage door for vehicle or boat access into the building.

In addition to the loft, we installed two 6’x4’ slider windows as well as two 4’x3’ slider windows for natural light to shine throughout the building and loft.
