Dutch Gambrel Barn Building in Redmond – King County

Permabilt’s skilled crew and experience Building Representative completed this brand new very attractive Dutch Gambrel barn building for our customer in Redmond in King County.

The new Dutch Gambrel barn building was built on a secluded wooded area of Redmond this 24’x36’x20′ building featured Board & Batten siding, Cedar trim and a Denali Green roof. Our customer plans on staining the exterior to maintain a natural look with the surrounding trees.

The building includes a 10’x9′ carriage house garage door, 2) 5’x4′ slider windows,2) 4’x3′ slider windows, man door, insulated roof and a 24” cupola with a rooster weather vane. The building was finished off with 5” K-Line gutters, bird blocking and 18” overhangs on both end-walls.
