This customer in the city of Port Orchard in Kitsap County Washington was originally looking for a two-car post frame garage, but decided they wanted something a little bigger.
After working with our highly skilled PermaBilt Building Representative, they decided on this great looking 30’ x 36’ x 16’ gray with white trim pole building garage. There is a 10’ x 14’ and 10’ x 10’ raised panel non-insulated garage doors with rope openers, and a 3’ x 6’8” PermaBilt door with stainless steel lock-set with self-closing hinges.
The pole building has a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent and bird blocking on the gables. There is an 18” overhang with white gutters and downspouts. The 30’ x 36’ x 4” concrete floor is a shop finish. This wood framed pole building will be able to accommodate many different sized vehicles for years to come at this Port Orchard property.
