Our Gig Harbor customer wanted a steel building similar to a PermaBilt pole building he had seen, however, he was looking for a different size for his garage. The final design is a sharp looking 20’ x 30’ x 12’ gray pole building with white trim that has a 12’ x 10’ raised panel non-insulated roll up garage door with a rope opener. The 3’x6’8” PermaBilt Door with stainless steel lockset and self-closing hinges is on the side of the building along with a 4’x3’ vinyl window with a screen to let some light into the building. The 10’ continuous flow ridge vent allows for air circulation in the building. The shop finish concrete floor is 20’ x 30’ x 4”. Our customer is very pleased with his new post frame building.
