Pole Building Garage – Yelm

Originally, our customers contacted us with hopes to build their ideal steel pole building garage and shop combo, not knowing if it was something that they could afford or would work with the layout of their property and existing structures.  Our Building Representative met with our customers on site and they provided a list of what they wanted and needed for this building.  Our professional Building Representative came up with a design that fit the customer’s site, use and budgetary requirements.  The final design of their garage and shop combo steel pole building included a 4″  concrete floor, 18″ overhangs on all the eaves and gables, 2″ metal building roof insulation, ridge vents, gutters and downspouts, windows, and 2) 10×10 garage doors.  They also wanted a company that could handle the permit process and were happy that we offered a full time permit department to deal with the requirements of Thurston County on their behalf. 

Our customer’s vision became a reality within a short period of time.    Our building crews professionally constructed their garage and shop combo steel pole building to our customer’s satisfaction and beyond.  They have proudly been giving their friends and family tours of their fabulous new steel pole building.  One very happy family.
