Our customer in the city of Olympia in Thurston County wanted a new pole building garage for vehicles as well as shop space.
After working with our skilled PermaBilt Building Representative, a decision was made for an insulated 40’ x 60’ x 16’ pole building with one 12’x14’, and two 10’x12’ carriage steel backed insulated roll up doors in the front of the pole building with one 10’x12’ steel backed insulated roll up door in the rear of the post frame building garage to allow for drive through access.
The Antique Black composition roof looks great with the Hardie board plank siding that has coordinating trim and belly band. The 3’ x 6’8” PermaBilt Door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges allows for easy access to the post frame building and the five 5’ x 2’ sliding windows allow natural light in the pole building. There are 18” overhangs around the perimeter of the post frame building, two 18” x 24” gable vents at the top of the garage along with bird blocking on the gables for air flow through the new pole building.
This pole building garage / shop has plenty of room for storing vehicles, toys and a workshop for years to come at the Olympia Washington property.
