This new customer in Port Orchard wanted a new pole building garage that had a shop and an area that can be finished for living quarters next to it.
After working with our highly trained PermaBilt Building Representative, they came up with this great design to fit our customer’s needs. This 40’ x 40’ x 10’ building with a 10’ x 20’ lean to on one side has an 18’ overhang in the front of the post frame building, gutters and 4 downspouts as well as two 18” x 24” Rectangle Gable Vents. Also, there are two 3’ x 6’8” PermaBilt Doors with self-closing hinges and stainless steel lock-sets as well as two 10’ x 12’ raised panel vinyl backed insulated Carriage House Doors with plain lites and a rope opener. To allow for plenty of light in the portion of the building to be used as living quarters, there are four 4’ x 3’ and one 4’ x 4’ vented, sliding windows.
The exterior of this sharp looking steel building was now done and ready for the interior design work to be done by the customer.
