This customer had just moved to the city of McCleary in Grays Harbor County and was in desperate need of a new pole building they could use as two-car garage with extra shop space. They know exactly what they wanted but at least a 2-car garage but wanted the 3rd bay to be used as a shop and office space.
Upon meeting with our expert PermaBilt Building Representative, they designed the building with 3 garage doors along the sidewall and figured out where it would work best on the property. The permitting process went smoothly and the building was constructed in the summer.
Our customers were very happy with their 30’x36’x9′ three car garage. It was designed with an 18” roof overhang around the perimeter of the building, a 3’x6’8″ PermaBilt man door with self-closing hinges and stainless lock-set, (3) raised panel garage doors and a window to allow for some natural light.
The colors were a near match for the house which made the new unattached three bay garage look like it was built with the home. Once the building was completed, the customers put it to good use and were very pleased with their new PermaBilt building.
