Our Mason County customer came to us needing a cabin/garage pole building for their property overlooking the Puget Sound. After working with our building representative, they designed a 28′ x 56′ x 12′ pole barn. With 10′ x 36′ x 10′ lean-tos on either side, creating a structure that balances functionality and aesthetics.
The customer required enough space to easily store and access their vehicles and outdoor gear. As well as a section for a future living space. With input from our team, they decided for the 28′ x 56′ layout with 12-foot ceilings. Offering plenty of room for vehicles and equipment, while leaving space to finish out a living quarters.
A standout feature of this pole building is the two lean-tos, which add valuable covered outdoor space. In addition to the practicality of these spaces, they enhance the building’s appearance, creating a well-balanced design. Being in Washington State, having these lean-tos can allow you to walk around the building while still being undercover as well store additional equipment outside.
This pole building features one 16′ x 10′ roll-up garage door, providing a large entryway that makes moving vehicles and equipment in and out of the building a breeze.
One distinctive design element is the two roof prows on either end of the pole barn. These prows add a unique architectural touch. Thus, enhancing both the look and function of the structure by providing additional overhang and protection from the weather.
The custom windows on this building open to the amazing view this property has, overlooking the Puget Sound.
