Our Granite Falls customer just built his new home and wanted to add a storage building which would house their RV and other vehicles with a loft that he would turn into a full apartment. The Snohomish County property sat on 6 acres surrounded by beautiful trees and they wanted the building to integrate with the surroundings.
After numerous meetings with the PermaBilt® Building Representative the design was finalized. They ended up with a 48’36’x18′ building with (1) 10’x14′, (1) 10’x7′ and (1) 8’x7′ garage doors, (4) 3’x5′ windows, a 48’x24′ second story floor, eave and gable overhangs and a 48’x36′ concrete floor. The garage shop building has Hardie® lap siding on the front as well as Hardie® wainscoting on the other 3 walls on the bottom 3′ under the steel. The design is incredibly functional and beautiful.
When completed, the building sits among the backdrop of trees and adds beauty and function to the property.
