Our Building Representative recently had the opportunity to work with a new customer in Port Hadlock, Washington, who was in need of a pole barn building for general storage with two garage doors. After collaborating on design ideas and features, the customer decided on a 24’ x 36’ x 10’ building that was complemented with Cascade Gray siding, Slate Gray roof, and Winter White trim.
The building was equipped with one 3’x6’8” PermaBilt door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges, as well as five 6’x1’6” slider windows. To accommodate vehicles and equipment, two 10’x8’ raised short panel, non-insulated roll-up garage doors with rope openers were installed.
The building was also fitted with a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent and bird blocking on the gables to ensure proper ventilation and prevent unwanted guests from taking up residence. An 18” overhang was added around the perimeter of the building, complete with gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage to the structure.
To provide a solid foundation for the building, a 24’ x 36’ x 4” concrete floor with a shop finish was poured. This will provide a durable and sturdy surface for storage and other activities.
The customer was extremely pleased with their new pole barn building and the quality of workmanship provided by our team. At our company, we take pride in working closely with our customers to create custom designs that meet their unique needs and preferences.
