Our customer purchased property in Hansville where he wanted to build a pole building that would house his boat as well as incorporate a one bedroom apartment into the pole barn design. He was looking for more garage and shop space than living space. The property was vacant and unimproved when he purchased it. He worked with a septic designer and the county to have a septic system designed and installed on his parcel. After a few in‐home consultations with our PermaBilt® Building Representative, a Hybrid Monitor design was chosen to best accommodate his needs. The design included two large 12×14 garage doors, a 72″x80″ french doors and numerous windows. The future apartment area was design along the one 14’x48′ section of the building. The design met the needs of his building site, use plans and his budget.
After we finished the building he worked with the county to permit and finish the apartment and now he has the best of all worlds – a beautiful apartment with a spacious garage and shop.
