This customer lived back east and had purchased property in Kingston where they planned to relocate permanently. They met with our Building Representative on one of their trips to their property before the move. They were looking to have a 2 car garage and shop built on their property. After a couple meetings with the PermaBilt Representative and a few design tweaks, they decided on a building design that fit their needs and the specific needs of their property as well as a cost estimate that fit their budget.
The end result was a 24x36x9 garage with shop space with a 4″ concrete slab. The building included two 6 panel doors, three 5×3 standard windows, two 10×8 insulated garage doors with plain lites, one 6’x6’8” sliding door with window and screen and finished with a Board and Batten siding painted to match their home. A very happy customer indeed.
