Our Ocean Shores customer in Grays Harbor County called looking for a two-car garage pole building to their beautiful beach front property.
After meeting with the highly trained PermaBilt Building Representative and further talking about their use and needs they ultimately decided on getting instead a three-car garage high/low pole building with the 3rd garage bay being tall enough to accommodate their RV – the best of both worlds. The advantage for them was that they got one tall bay to accommodate their RV without making the entire building 16′ tall – a plus both aesthetically and budget-wise.
Their building site in Ocean Shores was a bit tricky due to some tight setbacks, but we were able to maximize the space and get the new pole building built efficiently. The finished garage was 38’x24’x10′ and a 38’x14’x16′. This pole building was designed with an 18” roof overhang on the perimeter of the roof, (1) 3’x6’8″ PermaBilt door with self-closing hinges and stainless lock-set, (2)10’x8′ insulated raised panel steel roll up doors and (1) 12’x14′ insulated raised panel steel roll up door, (2) gable vents and a 4″ concrete floor reinforced with fiber-mesh.
Our customers were very satisfied with their finished project as they received so many compliments from neighbors and friends. Another happy PermaBilt customer!
