Recently we completed a job for one of our customers in the city of Gig Harbor in Pierce County Washington. Our customer had moved from the Allyn area to a 2.5 acre parcel in Gig Harbor and wanted a three bay garage and shop pole building for his expanding business needs.
Our expert PermaBilt Building Representative met with the customer on a few different occasions to nail down the final details of his shop and the customer ultimately decided on a beautiful 30’ X 50’ X 16’ garage and shop pole building.
This 1500 square foot garage shop pole building features a full 4” concrete shop floor with fiber-mesh reinforcement and zip strip crack control, 2″ metal building insulation in the roof, 1) 12×14 and 2) 10×10 garage doors, 18″ eave and gable overhangs, 10’ continuous flow ridge vent, bird blocking at the gables, a 3’x6’8″ PermaBilt door with stainless locket and self-closing hinges and gutters and downspouts. The garage it’s self has 4 bays along the side with garage doors in 3 bays and the entry door in the 4th creating an ideal garage and shop combination.
The new garage and shop pole building enhances this Gig Harbor property and our customer is enjoying it as well as the function the building provides him both personally and for his business.
