Three Car Garage Pole Building in Vancouver – Snohomish County

Our customer living in Vancouver Washington was looking to get a pole building garage to hold their car collection on their property in Snohomish County.

After working on a design with our PermaBilt Building Representative, they decided on this great looking building. This building is 28’ x 48’ x 11’ and is finished off with Taupe siding paired with Chestnut Brown on the trim, roof, and wainscoting . The building has a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent and bird blocking on the gables as well as an 18” overhang around the perimeter. There are three 10’ x 10’ steel back insulated roll up garage doors with rope openers, as well as a 3’ x 6’8” PermaBilt door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges. 

The ending result was an outstanding three car garage pole building that will easily be able to accommodate this customers car collection and more.

 

Three Bay Pole Building Garage in Marysville – Snohomish County

This customer living in Marysville wanted a pole frame building garage for vehicles and general storage built on their property in Snohomish County Washington.

Working with our expert PermaBilt Building Representative, they decided on this pole building design. The shop is 30’ x 36’ x 14’ and features Old Town Gray siding and roofing with Winter White trim. There are three 10’ x 12’ non-insulated roll up garage doors with rope openers and a 3’ x 6’8” PermaBilt door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges. There is a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent for air circulation and a 4” concrete slab with a shop finish.

Our new customer was very pleased with the outcome of this new larger thee-bay pole building and is excited to keep his cars inside the post frame building for the winter.

 

Monitor Barn in Stanwood – Snohomish County

This Stanwood in Snohomish County customer called looking for a metal shop capable of holding up to 4 cars. He met with our Building Representative a couple times to pin down the design. Ultimately, they were able to create this sharp Monitor barn design to be both a shop and garage for the customer’s cars.

This pole building features Light Stone siding with Old Town Gray roofing and Matte Black trim – both the roof and walls of this pole building are insulated. The overall Monitor barn building dimensions are 38’ x 30’ x 10’ and 16′ at the upper eave. It has 2) 9’ x 8’ and 1) 12’ x 14’ steel backed insulated roll up garage doors with rope openers. It also has a 3’ x 6’ 8” PermaBilt door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges.

This post frame steel building also includes a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent with bird blocking at the gables at the top of the barn for ventilation. The two 4’ x 3’ sliding windows allow light into this Monitor pole building and the 18” overhangs around the perimeter of the building keep the elements off the metal walls of this post frame building. This shop / garage also includes gutters with downspouts and splash blocks as well as a 4” concrete slab with a shop finish.

Our new Stanwood customer is very pleased with their new Monitor barn pole building because they will be able to store all their vehicles and more.

Pole Building Garage in Gig Harbor – Pierce County

Our Gig Harbor customer wanted a steel building similar to a PermaBilt pole building he had seen on our website, however, he was looking for a different size for his garage.

The final one-car garage design is a sharp looking 20’ x 30’ x 12’ gray steel pole building with white trim that has a 12’ x 10’ raised panel non-insulated roll up garage door with a rope opener. The 3’x6’8” PermaBilt Door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges is on the side of the building along with a 4’x3’ vinyl window with a screen to let some light into the building. The 10’ continuous flow ridge vent allows for air circulation in the building. The garage shop was finished with a concrete floor to cover 20’ x 30’ x 4” of it.

Our customer is very pleased with his new steel post framed building built on his Pierce County property.

Shop Storage Pole Building in La Conner – Skagit County

The Swinomish Housing Authority received a grant to build a maintenance shop and storage warehouse pole building on their property in La Conner in Skagit County.

After meeting with our expert PermaBilt Building Representative, they decided on this fully insulated 24’ x 48’ x 12’ building. Three bays each have a 10’ x 10’ steel backed insulated roll up door with rope opener (not shown) and the fourth bay has a 4’ x 6’8” PermaBilt door with self-closing hinges and stainless steel lock-set along with two 4’ x 3’ slider windows. There is an 18” overhang around the perimeter of the building, a future 24’ x 48’ x 4” shop finish concrete floor, 10’ continuous flow ridge vent along with bird blocking on the gables and gutters with splash blocks and downspouts.

Our customer was extremely pleased with the completed building.

RV Storage Pole Building Garage in Lake Stevens – Snohomish County

This customer living in Lake Stevens wanted a new pole building to store his RV and other toys on his property in Snohomish County Washington.

The final building design that they decided on is a 40’ x 40’ x 14’ building that has two 12’ x 13’ raised long panel non-insulated roll up doors with a chain hoists (not pictured). The 4’ x 6’8” PermaBilt Door with stainless steel lock-set and self-closing hinges is in between the two roll up doors for ease of entering and exiting the building if the RV is in there. There is a 2’ x 40’ poly eave light on each side of the building to allow some natural light to come into the building. Along with the 10’ continuous flow ridge vent there are gable vents in each gable of the building to allow for air flow in the building. The floor will be a 4” shop troweled cement floor when it is installed.

Our very happy customer in Lake Stevens now has a great RV storage pole building on his property.

Commercial Storage Pole Building in Lynnwood – Snohomish County

The City of Lynnwood in Snohomish County Washington needed a new commercial storage pole building that would be 50’ x 70’ for their maintenance department.

After reviewing their initial design, we assisted them in reworking some details of their proposed design to make it more economical and serve their purposes better. The result was a 48’ x 70’ building that had (5) 12’ x 12’ Commercial Steel Roll-up Doors with rope pulls, (1) 4’ x 6’8” PermaBilt Door with self-closing hinges, (1) 3’6” x 4’9” PermaBilt Awning with enclosed soffit over the PermaBilt Door. There at (3) 10” Continuous Flow Ridge Vents on the roof and bird blocking at the gables. The building was insulated with 2” MBI Insulation in the roof and walls. The customer also chose to have an 18” overhang around the perimeter of the building as well as 5” K-ling gutters on both eaves with downspouts in the corners. The South sidewall of the building has wainscoting for a distinctive appearance.

We were very pleased to work with the City of Lynnwood and assist in enhancing the maintenance department’s facilities to better service the citizens of Snohomish County.

Three Car Garage and Shop Pole Building in Poulsbo – Kitsap County

Our new customer in the city of Poulsbo had a vision of the three car garage pole building they wanted to put up on their beautiful 5 acre Kitsap County residence.

They wanted a 36’ x 36’ x12’ building with 3 roll up 10’ x 10’ doors, 2 windows and a man-door. Our Building Representative worked with them to fine tune their initial design. They ended up with a 36’ x 38’ x 12’ building with (3) 10’x10’ Insulated Garage Doors, (2) 4’ X 2’ double glazed sliding windows with screens and a 3’x6’8” man-door. The building has 18” overhangs all around the buildings, 36’ x 38’ x 4” concrete slab and (2) 18” x 24” gable vents. The Copper Penny color of the building fits right in with the property.

Our customer now has the all new three car garage pole building he envisioned for his property.

Four Bay Garage Shop Pole Building in Port Townsend – Jefferson County

In Port Townsend Washington, our customer, the Discovery Bay Fire Department had specific needs for a 4 bay garage and shop pole building. We were recommended to the Discovery Bay Fire Department by a customer who loved is recently built PermaBilt building. A new garage and shop pole building was required to meet their existing needs as they had outgrown their current building.

After meeting with our expert PermaBilt Building Representative and working through design ideas and requirements, the final design was a 50’ X 92’ X 16’ to store all of their equipment and vehicles. We were able to perfectly match the colors for their new building to their existing building.

On one end of the building there is a 50’ X 28’ loft with an inside staircase. There are two 3’x6’8” PermaBilt Doors, both with self-closing hinges and stainless steel lock-sets and one of those doors has a 20” X 24” window. There are two 5’ X 4’ vented sliding windows with screens. The four bays in the front of the building have 14’ X 14’ Insulated raised panel roll up doors, and there is a 12’ x 12’ roll up door along one side toward the rear of the building. Their completed building more than met their expectations.

The Discovery Bay Fire Department is very proud to have this outstanding new building that will serve the community for a long time.

Garage Shop Pole Building in Chimacum – Jefferson County

Our customer living in Chimacum originally wanted a daylight style building for their garage shop building on their property in Jefferson County Washington.

After meeting with our expert PermaBilt Building Representative and going over the details, it was decided to go with a larger building, 24’ x 36’ x 12’, with three 4’ x 2’ sliding picture windows on one side to let in the natural light.  Our customer wanted two 3’ x 6’8” man-doors, one in the front of the building and one near the back for easy access to the building, both with 3’x3’ concrete entry pads. Also included in the shop building is a  10’ x 10’ roll up door to accommodate easily getting equipment and machinery in and out of the building.  There is a 10’ continuous flow ridge vent for proper air circulation in the building, 18” overhangs on the building and 4” concrete floor in the building. 

Our happy customer now has a great garage shop pole building to store his equipment and tools and is visually perfect addition to his property in Chimacum.

Two Story RV Storage Garage Pole Building in Enumclaw – King County

Our Enumclaw customer called us early on when thinking about having a two story RV storage pole building built on his property in King County.

He met with our PermaBilt Building Representative who came out to his building site and figured out what building could potentially fit on his property. He was originally looking for RV storage about 46’x40′ with 12×14 garage doors and 3 personnel doors. He was also potentially interested in a partial second floor and a possible open lean to.

The PermaBilt representative talked with him about his use, etc. and the ultimate design was not too far off from his original idea. In this case, the customer waited a few years before he called us back, ready to pull the trigger on his dream RV storage garage.

The pole building ended up being 46’x40’x16′ with a 12×14 and an 18’x14 insulated raised panel garage door. It did have 3) 3’x6’8″ personnel doors as well as a sharp looking belly band and wainscoting to break up the 16′ wall. It also had 4) 5’x3′ double glazed sliding windows and 1) 10′ continuous flow ridge vent as well as bird blocking at the gables.

Ultimately this customer in Enumclaw was very happy to have a new PermaBilt two story pole building to store his RV and other toys.

Three-Car Garage Steel Building in Eatonville – Pierce County

This new customer met us at the Puyallup Fair Grounds wanting to design a new pole building three-car garage to match his existing residence in Eatonville. He wanted to keep the eave height as low as possible while still getting a 14′ tall garage door in the center bay.

Our expert PermaBilt Building Representative went to his property and designed this 38’x42’x13′ building with three big garage doors in the end – utilizing a special coffer truss – to meet this customer’s needs. Additionally, in order to have it match his existing residence, he decided to side the front wall with lap siding, while keeping the less visible sides and back clad in 29 gauge steel – which saved on maintenance and helped keep his project within his budget.

In the end, this new customer in Pierce County was very pleased with his new garage pole building and all the great space it affords him.

Garage Shop & RV Storage Pole Building in Arlington – Snohomish County

Our customer in Snohomish County wanted a shop built on his sprawling acreage in Arlington and, with the permitting requirements and flood zones we had a lot to take into consideration.

Our experienced PermaBilt Building Representative was able to provide our customer with a design for a 36’x36’x16′ building that fit their budget and allowed the customer to expand the building’s use in the future by engineering the building for a future loft.

Once completed, our customer had a beautiful pole barn garage shop combination building that was large enough to store his motor home by including a 10’x14′ insulated garage door, plenty space to work and setup for a future second floor for storage. Painted in rustic red with wall trim in surf white and roof zincalume, this building has a straight roof prow, eave-lights, full insulation, flood vents, a cupola with a rooster weather-vane and much more.

Metal Garage w/ Lean-To in Brinnon – Jefferson County

Our customer from city of Brinnon in Jefferson County viewed PermaBilt’s pole barns located on our website and saw one that was exactly what he was looking for (with a few modifications).

When our customer started the process they were looking for a single building, however, after seeing all the options we offer they decided to purchase two!

Our experienced PermaBilt Building Representative was able to design a functional 28’x36’x14’ steel pole building garage with a 10’x28’x10’ lean-to off the back. This building has (2) 12’x12’ and (1) 8’x7’ garage doors, full concrete with a vapor barrier beneath, 2’x36’ poly-carbonate eavelights and gutters. The second building was for a 24’x10’ art studio with a work out room that included a 24’x10’ internal wall, ceiling joist throughout the space and (2) 10’x9’ garage doors.
