This customer came to us wanting a large monitor-style building in Stanwood that could handle several needs. They wanted wide garage access, room for future office space, and a covered porch that opens into the garden. The design needed to tie these pieces together while keeping a clean, classic monitor look.

The 56’ x 60’ footprint gave us plenty of room to work with. The tall center bay creates great headroom and allows natural light to flow through the space. Two 12’ x 14’ garage doors give easy access for vehicles, equipment, or large projects. The layout keeps the building open, organized, and simple to use.

One feature the customer cared a lot about was a future office space. We designed an area on the side of the building that will later convert into a finished office. It includes a 12’ x 5’ porch cover and a set of French doors. This creates a direct connection to the garden and gives the office a relaxed, inviting feel.
