Pole Barn with Loft in Oak Harbor – Island County

This new customer living in Oak Harbor in Island County Washington called us looking to build a pole barn for animals on his large farm property.

Our highly skilled PermaBilt Building Representative was able to present the customer with a number of barn building styles and options and ultimately helped him settle on a 36’ x 48’ design with a number of exciting features.

This stunning pole barn includes 2 – 12’ x 8’ sliding doors, 6 – 4’ x 8’ Dutch doors, a 12’ x 12’ tack room, and 18” full perimeter overhangs. Our Oak Harbor customer loves his new PermaBilt pole building barn and is very happy with its distinctive look!

Horse Barn with Lean-To in Sequim – Clallam County

Our returning customer living in Sequim called and was originally interested in a pole barn kit for a 36x48x14 post frame garage on their 5 acre property in Clallam County Washington. They then decided they wanted a new pole building that could house three cars on one side and have four stalls for horses on the other with an aisle way in the middle all in one barn with a lean-to on one side. 

After meeting with our PermaBilt Building Representative and seeing what their needs were, it was decided that two separate pole buildings would better suit their needs.  This building is a 36’ x 48’ x 10’ building with three  12’ x 12’ PermaStalls,  a 12/18 tack room with a man door to the outside, 12’ x 10’ split sliding barn door on one gable end and a single sliding door on the opposite gable end with a cupola on the roof.  The open lean-to on the side is the perfect protection for his horses when bringing them out of the barn. 

Our customer in the Sequim are is now very happy with this distinctive looking barn to house their horses.

Dutch Gambrel Barn Building in Redmond – King County

Permabilt’s skilled crew and experience Building Representative completed this brand new very attractive Dutch Gambrel barn building for our customer in Redmond in King County.

The new Dutch Gambrel barn building was built on a secluded wooded area of Redmond this 24’x36’x20′ building featured Board & Batten siding, Cedar trim and a Denali Green roof. Our customer plans on staining the exterior to maintain a natural look with the surrounding trees.

The building includes a 10’x9′ carriage house garage door, 2) 5’x4′ slider windows,2) 4’x3′ slider windows, man door, insulated roof and a 24” cupola with a rooster weather vane. The building was finished off with 5” K-Line gutters, bird blocking and 18” overhangs on both end-walls.

Horse Barn Pole Building in Clinton – Island County

Our customer from Clinton Washington discovered us from our website. PermaBilt’s website offers a variety of pictures of pole buildings that we have completed along with monthly building specials and much more.

This customer was looking for a pole barn to house his horse and donkey and found a horse barn building in our Special Promotions that caught his eye. He called us to come to his site and meet with him about his pole building needs. Special Promotions

The Building Representative met with the customer on site and reviewed both the site layout and the customer needs and ultimately designed a 34×36 barn with three 12×12 PermaStalls, with two 12’ grilled stall dividers, a 12’x12’ tongue and groove tack room, 3) split opening wood Dutch Doors, 2) 10×8 split sliding doors with decorative cross-hatching on both ends of the building for easy access in and out of the building – and much more.

Ultimately, the new horse barn building was everything the customer wanted for his property and as a home for his livestock.

Office Workshop Pole Barn in Poulsbo – Kitsap County

Our Poulsbo customer came to us wanting to build an office workshop but with the outward appearance of a beautiful barn for their property in Kitsap County Washington. 

As a talented artist, she needed a place where she could work, brainstorm and host meetings. PermaBilt® provided a free in-home consultation, whereby we learned about her needs across design, site location, accessories and budget. 

Included in the design was a second story loft with an L-Shaped staircase. The artist requested the stair railing be made out of pig iron. This pig iron touch on the hand railing turned out so well we have since added the design element to our product line. She also wanted three 6’ pitched dormers with sliding windows to help ventilate and add natural light to the interior. The exposed trusses gave the interior the warm, country-like qualities that she wanted to feel inside the building as well.

The final outcome was an office workshop pole barn that inspired her work and yet still made her feel like she was at home.

Monitor Style Barn Pole Building in Hansville – Kitsap County

Our customer in Hansville wanted to build a pole building on his property in Kitsap County that would house his boat as well as incorporate a one bedroom apartment into the Monitor Style pole barn design.  

He was looking for more garage and shop space than living space.  The property was vacant and unimproved when he purchased it.  He worked with a septic designer and the county to have a septic system designed and installed on his parcel.  After a few in‐home consultations with our PermaBilt® Building Representative, a Hybrid Monitor design was chosen to best accommodate his needs.  The design included two large 12×14 garage doors, a 72″x80″ french doors and numerous windows.  The future apartment area was design along the one 14’x48′ section of the building.  The design met the needs of his building site, use plans and his budget.

After we finished the new Monitor Style pole barn building he worked with the county to permit and finish the apartment and now he has the best of all worlds – a beautiful apartment with a spacious garage and shop.
