Description
This Lake Stevens Washington customer perused our website looking for the garage and shop that they wanted. They weren’t entirely sure what size or style that would work best for them. It wasn’t until they met with our Building Representative on the site and they tossed around ideas and their requirements that the design was born. The design is a 28’x48’x10’ garage. The feature that makes it their own is the 6’x12’ lean to on the front. This feature closely matches their home and integrates the garage to the beautiful 4+ acre property seamlessly.
The permit process went smoothly and the construction of the building was a straight forward process. Once the customer laid his conduit for his future electrical, we poured the concrete and the customer was able to use and enjoy their building.
