Details:
For his hobby, our Sammamish customer restored cars ranging from the 1930’s to the 1950’s and although he had a large steel garage, he quickly out grew it. So he began looking for a way to effectively store and restore his cars including ceiling space for a car hoist. When he met with our PermaBilt® Building Representative, our customer felt that our rep had a good pulse on design details, working with the city on permits and interfacing with his interior designer. Ultimately, he picked PermaBilt® based on our knowledge, skill and ease to work with.
During construction, our customer couldn’t have felt more relaxed as the few modifications that he requested were easily met and attended to without delay. Ultimately, he was surprised by the fact that he didn’t need to interact with the construction team very much at all because the PermaBilt® team knew exactly what needed to be done.
In the end, he loved what he saw from the 3’ wainscoting to the enclosed soffits on the eaves and gables to the raised panel steel overhead garage doors with Stockton lites. And when working inside he felt nice and warm as he attended to his many cars.
He couldn’t have been more pleased with his new steel garage and shop building.
