Our Issaquah customers contacted us interested in a pole building garage on their property. With limited house space, they knew they wanted a space for a home office and guest suite included in the building. Working around the permit jurisdiction setbacks/building codes, we designed a 20’x36’x18’ post frame building with a full 20’x36’ second floor loft. This final design ultimately provided the customer with the additional garage space they needed, as well as the loft for their future office or bedroom. Our customers were extremely excited to utilize their new PermaBilt building for years to come!
