We recently designed and built a custom pole building garage w/ loft for homeowners in Eatonville. They reached out to us with a vision for a building that could do it all, provide secure garage space for their boat, toys, and equipment, while also creating extra living space upstairs. We worked with them to design a 24’x40’x20′ structure that gives them the storage they need today and the flexibility to finish the loft as living space in the future.
The main level offers wide, open space for parking and organization, while the second story loft provides plenty of room for expansion. Whether they choose to turn it into guest quarters, an office, or a retreat space, the design gives them endless options. This project is a great example of how a pole building can be both practical and versatile, meeting a family’s needs now while giving them room to grow.
