Description

Our Olympia customer emailed us saying they were buying a house and needed a shop built on the site.  They emailed PermBilt® prior to taking possession of the property to get the ball rolling.  Their initial intent is to have a space for two project vehicles, and a space for a table saw as well as a spot for a couch and fridge to hang out.   After meeting with Permabilt®   3 times to tweak the design, the final design was arrived upon.  They ended up adding a 20’x26’ second floor to maximize the square footage they could get for the size of the building footprint on their property.  The building was constructed in the dead of winter and the customer began enjoying it almost immediately.
