Description
Whether a client wants a commercial metal building that is large or small, simple or elaborate, PermaBilt® has the answer. PermaBilt® has the experience of having built hundreds of commercial metal buildings. So when a client in Carnation Washington requested help in building a yoga studio, we had the expertise to quickly move forward.
The first step was a PermaBilt® Building Representative providing a free consultation to review their site location and help them pick a design, which in their case, they chose a daylight building. Next was to review how they were going to finance their studio, drafting their plans and then obtaining the necessary permits. So for example, once the blueprints have been finalized by our engineers, our permitting department takes over by gathering all the necessary documentation to move forward. PermaBilt® has a full staff including permit runners who have developed strong working relationships with jurisdictions all across Western Washington to help expedite the permit process for all our customers.
Once this part of the process was completed, the Construction Department scheduled material deliveries. Then qualified PermaBilt® construction crews arrived to build their yoga studio efficiently and safely. Additionally, other vendors worked directly with the customer upon the completion of our work on other aspects of the yoga studio such as their indoor flooring, internal and external lighting, front door facade and gutters and downspouts.
