Description

Blake Sand and Gravel company in Sequim Washington needed a new commercial office space building and showroom for their growing company. They contacted PermaBilt® and started working with our Building Representative on all the details needed to complete the project. They came to learn about all critical aspects of putting together a post frame building giving them the confidence that PermaBilt® was the right company for the job. Because of the unique site conditions and building requirements, we first did an engineering contract in order to ensure that this would be the most cost effective structure possible.

Once the engineering contract was complete, we were able to proceed with the permitting and construction of the product. Once our work was completed, Blake Sand and Gravel finished the interior to meet the needs of their bustling business.
