A tour bus company in Marysville Washington needed to build an office and an extra long garage section to hold their bus. In working with their PermaBilt® Building Representative, they approved of a very unique design to meet all their needs. This design was a result of numerous meaningful meetings between the customer and the PermaBilt® Building Representative assessing the customer’s needs and budget.
The permitting for this job proved to be very challenging. The City required a drainage plan and lot line adjustment in order to get the building permit. At one point, the requirements seemed overwhelming, but the customer knew in order to get this building for his growing business it was necessary. Once we waded through the requirements with the customer, the permit was issued and we were able to construct the building.
When their commercial office pole building and garage was completed, our clients were ready to move in and continue growing their business. They were very pleased by the building and how it represented the quality that they themselves put into their own business.
