Like so many of our PermaBilt® customers, our Arlington Washington customer needed a new steel garage and RV storage to match the look and feel of his home. The steel garage needed to fit his RV and plenty of storage space. Working with his PermaBilt® Building Representative, they quickly came up with a plan on constructing his RV garage with storage using a unique design. In essence, it looks like two building (one higher than the other) put together but are perpendicular to each other. The tall building, 16 feet high, would house the motor-home and 10 foot high building would house a car and offer ample storage space.
One creative aspect that our customer requested was 3’ perimeter wainscoting around the entire building with HardiePlank® lap siding. Other accessories that were added per our customer were 18” eave and gable overhangs, 10’ continuous flow ridge vents, one for each building and a PermaBilt® awning with enclosed soffit over his man door.
Once the building was erected it looked like it had been built exactly when the home had been built—a seamless addition to the property.
