Step 2: Custom Design & Material Selection

Step 4: Scheduling and Site Preparation

Site preparation is handled by you or a contractor of your choosing, and it typically involves clearing vegetation and debris, leveling and compacting the building pad, installing temporary access roads if the terrain requires them, and coordinating any utility rough-in work, such as electrical or plumbing.

Step 5: Materials Delivery and Construction
When it is time to build, we move efficiently without compromising quality or cutting corners. Here is the sequence every project follows:

Layout and Footings. We stake out the building footprint precisely and dig post holes to the depth required by your soil conditions and structural engineering. Getting this step right is what keeps everything square and level through the rest of the build.

Post Installation. Pressure-treated posts are set into the ground or anchored to concrete piers, depending on your site conditions and what your engineering drawings specify. These posts are the structural backbone of the entire building.

Framing. Horizontal girts are attached to the posts to form the wall structure, and roof trusses are set to establish the shape and pitch of the roof. This is when the building starts to look like a building.

Roofing and Siding. Steel roofing panels are installed first to protect the structure, followed by steel side panels. All exterior metal is 29-gauge high-tensile steel backed by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Doors and Windows. Overhead doors, entry doors, and windows are installed and fitted to your design specifications. Rough openings for any future additions can be framed in at this stage as well.

Final Trim and Accessories. Trim, gutters, vents, cupolas, and any other finishing details are completed. We do a full site cleanup before we consider the build done.
Step 6: Walk-Through and Warranty
