Custom Building for Our Return Customers in Fall City
Our returning customers in Fall City called us for their next Monitor pole building project, we were thrilled to work with them once again. After having built a pole barn for them in the past, they knew exactly what they needed: additional garage and hobby space that could also serve as a long-term investment for their property. We designed and constructed a 36’x28’x10’/18’ Monitor pole building garage, which includes a second-floor loft.
Designing
As returning clients, the customers had a clear vision of what they wanted from the start. They desired a building that would provide more space for both storing vehicles and pursuing their hobbies. They also wanted something that would add value and beauty to their property. With those goals in mind, we began the design process by listening closely to their needs and providing expert guidance. Our team worked with the customers to ensure the design would meet their specific needs. The final design was a Monitor style pole building.
Second-Floor Loft
One of the standout features of this building was the 12’x28’ second-floor loft, which provides a great space for storage, a workshop, or even a hobby area. The loft adds an additional dimension to the Monitor pole building, ensuring that every square foot of the structure was utilized to its fullest potential. To make the loft easily accessible, we designed and built an elegant L-shaped staircase. Garage Doors
For the garage area, we installed three large 10’x8’ roll-up garage doors, providing ample space for the customers to store multiple vehicles and equipment. The roll-up doors offer easy access, allowing the owners to drive in and out with ease, whether it’s a car, boat, or other large items. The functionality of these doors ensures the garage space is as efficient as it is spacious.
Windows & other accessories
To further enhance the functionality of the space, we incorporated six 4’x3’ windows into the design. These windows not only bring in an abundance of natural light, making the space feel brighter and more inviting, but they also offer beautiful views of the surrounding property. This thoughtful addition ensures that the building doesn’t just serve as a functional space but also as a comfortable and pleasant environment to spend time in.
The Final Product
The end result was a stunning 36’x28’ Monitor garage with a loft, offering the perfect balance of form and function.
