We received a call from a returning customer, who had moved up to Pierce County and needed another PermaBilt pole building. This pole building measures 36’x48’x11′ and includes a 10’x24’x9′ lean-to that acts as a covered porch. It’s the perfect size for a variety of uses, providing ample space for storage, workspace, or even a small garage. The building is equipped with two 10×9 roll-up garage doors, making it easy to get in and out. Steel siding and roofing were used for durability, and we added metal building insulation to the roof and walls for better energy efficiency.
Building Features
- Size and Layout: The main building is 36’ long, 48’ wide, and 11’ high. The lean-to adds extra space for covered outdoor use, measuring 10’ x 24’.
- Roll-up Garage Doors: The two 10×9 roll-up doors allow for easy access and can fit vehicles or larger equipment.
- Steel Siding and Roofing: The steel material offers long-lasting protection against the weather, reducing the need for regular maintenance.
- Insulation: We added metal building insulation in the roof and walls. This keeps the temperature regulated and makes the building more energy-efficient.
